SALVIA restaurant – spring 2024

A new restaurant will join as a tenant of the UNITY Square One building. The Salvia restaurant will delight with its warm and original interior, offering European cuisine. The restaurant will accommodate up to 120 guests and is scheduled to open in spring 2024.

The restaurant’s elegant interior with a modernist twist will include a restaurant space with a stylish bar and lounge area. The piano will set the mood in the evenings, as will live music on selected days of the week. An additional advantage is the winery with a wide range of selected wines and spirits. The premises also have a kid’s corner, i.e. a space for children to stay and play. For special occasions, a separate VIP room will also be available, which will accommodate approximately 16 people.

At Salvia, guests will enjoy European cuisine with elements of Polish cuisine, particularly Mediterranean cuisine, and a large selection of fish and seafood. Around noon, the restaurant will serve a special offer of lunch dishes, while from noon the menu will offer more refined dishes based on selected seasonal products. The guests will be able to watch the chefs work live thanks to the open part of the kitchen in the so-called Fishmarket, a place where the offer of fish and seafood will be presented.

In UNITY CENTRE, in 2024 it is also planned to open a restaurant on the top floors of the UNITY Tower building, the Radisson RED hotel, and the Radisson RED Apartments building, which will expand the complex’s offer by a total of 3 dining options, a fitness zone and the possibility of short and long-term stays.
