The Eurozone Equity, the majority shareholder in Unity Centre, is part of an investment group that has more than 35 years of experience in investing and developing real estate assets across the globe. With a portfolio of value in assets of €6 billion, the group has extensive experience amongst all real estate sectors and recent transactions of note include the development and sale of the office building at Schuman 6, Brussels to Deka Immobilien Investment GmbH in December 2015 and the sale of Montoyer 70, Brussels to the European Parliament in 2014.

GD&K Group (owner of 15% of the shares)

GD&K Group is a private company established in 1996, with offices in Krakow and Warsaw, conducting operations in the area of real estate investment, development, and management. It presently manages projects with the joint total value approximating €250 million. Its flagship projects include the Carpathia office compound in Warsaw as well as Avia and Meduza office complexes in Krakow, Hotel Park Inn by Radisson in the centre of Krakow, but also residential projects Ruczaj Park and boutique tenements in Krakow’s city centre.

A design studio specialising in commercial projects. It offers a comprehensive and professional support of the investment process, both for business and individual clients.
